Dr. Srilatha Juvva, MA, M.Phil, Ph.D Professor, Centre for Disability Studies and Action, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai .

Dr. Srilatha Juvva has taught at the Masters’ program in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work and later on Social Work in Disability Studies and Action at TISS. She currently teaches research methodology for the Master’s students.

Her other areas of work include: health and Mental Health, Family Studies, Disability and Disaster Management. Her professional expertise lies in working with people living with psychosocial disabilities, as a therapist and interventionist. She has conducted about 15 research projects during her professional career. She has contributed to several policies and programs in the country. She has presented at several conferences, at national and international levels, and has published about 16 articles in peer reviewed journals.
