PEARLSS 4 Development offered Evaluation service to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of labour saving equipment provided to tribal women in changing the gender roles vis-à-vis awareness programs around women’s empowerment in the two states – Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand.
The comparative study aimed at assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the two states in bringing out women’s empowerment and gender equality. Our professionals were involved in developing a theory of change for the implementation approaches and methodologies of the two states.
