Under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) at Workplace Act of India (2013), every organisation must outline its sexual harassment policies, preventative systems, processes, and service standards for its employees and non-compliance has penalties.

Sexual harassment occurrences in the workplace can be stressful for both employees and the company as a whole. Employees and co-workers may experience negative physical and emotional consequences. It  impacts ostaff productivity, morale and creates an unpleasant working environment.

PEARLSS 4 Development conducts regular and effective sexual harassment prevention training to educate and empower your board members, management staff and  employees as mandated by the Act.  We represent as the gender and NGO member on the Internal Complaints Committee.  We also support organisations in developing workplace policies related to sexual harassment at the workplace, develop action plans and communication materials for dissemination at the industry, represent during redressal mechanisms and support in compliances and documentation.
