Mixed method evaluation of an advocacy project that included strengthening community(People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLHIV) and sexual minorities) capacity for advocacy. The projectinvolved evaluation that sought institutional strengthening of NGOs/CSOs/community groups forenhancing access to health and social protection programs within the constitutional rights framework.

Our expert team was involved in end to end management of the project. Conceptualisation, researchdesign that included tool development, methods for data collection, hiring and training local staff,quality assurance of collected data, cleaning and analysis using SPSS and report development.
