The evaluation ascertained the effectiveness of intervention components, facility assessments and satisfaction of user communities at the state and PMTCT centres.

The evaluation processes followed both qualitative and quantitative tools while used report card methodology and weighed scores to attain comparative performance values for each centre. Following which, the progress made was analysed using SPSS. PEARLSS 4 Development was also involved in developing tools, report card and review of the report generated by one of the consortium partners.
