The assignment focus was on assessing and generating evidences on the approaches that have proven to beeffective for ARSH from the experiences of Magic Bus from various parts of the country. Specifically, it included a review andassessment of the Magic Bus MIS from the ARSH perspective, critical review of International indicators for ARSH and impactassessment of the present Magic Bus ARSH program.The project involved review the existing MIS, international and nationally accepted indicators and identification of strengthsand gaps in the system. Our experts also propose new M&E system. The project involved evaluating the existing ARSHprogram and provide recommendations for improvement, conceptualisation, qualitative tool development and data collection,analysis and report development.
