Our experts were part of a multi-state evaluation to explore on UNICEF’s contribution to the National Program onSick and new-born care program. While using mixed method evaluation techniques, the project explores the program using theOECD criteria for evaluation within an equity and human rights perspective through interactions with the government systems,UNICEF and with critical stakeholders who on neonatal care.
